At Anamika Palace, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Normal Booking Cancellation

Guests who cancel their booking before the non-refundable period are eligible for a 70% refund of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Cancellation

Bookings canceled within 3 days prior to the check-in date are considered non-refundable, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Modification of Booking

Booking date changes or modifications are subject to room availability and approval by the hotel management.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in without prior cancellation or notice may not be eligible for any refund.
